• The Avalon Hotel's rooms are non-smoking.

• Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m.

• We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

• The Avalon Hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

• The Avalon Hotel is not appropriate for pets.

• All rates are subject to applicable local, county and state taxes.

• In order to respect our neighbors, our rooftop deck is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

• Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Weekend reservations require a minimum two-night stay; holiday weekend reservations require a minimum three-night stay.

   All room reservations will be charged one night's room charges plus tax 30 days prior to check in.
   All packages will be charged in full when the reservation is made.

   In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your reservation, you will be assessed a 20 percent processing fee. Cancellations made within seven days of your expected stay will not be accepted, however, we will attempt to resell your room for you.
